The Bay of Islands Lodge - Terms and Conditions
Our Lodge offers basic, clean and comfortable accommodation with private rooms with ensuite bathroom and very competitive rates. There are shared facilities of a fully equipped kitchen allowing guests to store prepare and cook meals along with the use of a BBQ, covered courtyard and cosy lounge with Sky Tv. There is limited parking on site with additional free parking on the street.
We do not offer any dormitory style accommodation.
The kitchen opens at 6am and closes at 9pm every evening.
By booking accommodation with us, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them when you make a reservation with us
Check in 1400 Check out 1000.
Please advise us of your expected arrival time.
Late arrivals – Should you potentially be arriving after 9 p.m. please contact and we will advise your specific room and how to access the rooms after hours.
Guarantees – Reservations are secured in advance by credit card through our secure website connection.
Fresh linen and bedding and a towel for each guest is provided in each room. Our cleaning team will service your room after your departure.
How to Find Us
Individual room Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will be fully refunded. If you cancel 48 hours before arrival or in event of a no show you will be charged one night’s accommodation.
Group booking Cancellation policy
Group Bookings cancelled with more than 21 days’ notice will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be given.
This is a non smoking and vaping facility.
No animals are permitted.
We are not responsible for your personal effects or equipment stored in our rooms or premises or left in vehicles and will not be liable for theft, disappearance, or damage to the same.
We are a quiet Lodge. No gatherings or parties are allowed. Any damage to the room or property may be charged to the credit card provided.
In consideration of other guests, we request that noise levels are kept to a minimum from 9.30pm and 7am.
